Two months prior to my wedding I lost my hairdresser I'd had for four years. She decided to change her direction in life and left me in a pickle as to who to trust for my wedding day. I searched on line, got referrals from friends, window shopped for a stylist and was coming up empty. I finally stumbled into a salon near a place I use to live. I walked in expecting to just ask some simple questions and ended up having my make up and hair trial done that day. All by luck the stylist and make up artist happened to be free to take me on. Once they heard my story they set about to make me comfortable and to make my vision come to life. The trial went extremely well. They pampered me and made me feel special. The salon I'm talking about is Style Masters Salon. My hairstylist was Samantha and my make up artist was Rachel. They are two very amazing and talented people. The thing about Style Masters Salon is that the people who work there really want you to be happy with your service. They are genuinely nice people. The day of my wedding we tweaked a few things and the out come was beautiful. I loved what they had done. I am a very picky person and for me not to want to touch something up is amazing. And I can tell you my hair stayed up all day! And my individual false lashes were so great I wish I could have them done all the time! Check them out they are very current in their styles and their prices are great!

My husband and I went to one of those cheesy bridal shows. Complete with every predictable and played out wedding theme you can imagine. However we did find one gem and that was our wedding photographer Basel from Precious Memories Photography. You hear so many horror stories about Photographers so we were very lucky to find him. What we loved about Basel was that he felt like a really good friend you've known your whole life. Basel has the BEST stories to tell. :)  At first we didn't think we could afford his services,  however he provided us with a tailor made package just for us that we could afford. He honestly blends in with the background at your wedding. You don't even realize he is there. He is very kind and professional. He has patience. He also let's you see the digital shots as he's taking them so you feel like you are getting the best pictures of you. So once again we found someone that everyone raved about and loved. Our relatives loved his personality. He takes amazingly beautiful pictures. We Love all our pictures! Can't pick just one for a favorite.

If you're looking for a wedding location you may want to check out Northville, Michigan. Northville is a very cute town. Many shops that are not of the norm. You won't find a Target Store in downtown Northville. Instead you will find the likes of one of a kind, bakeries, clothing stores, curiosity shops, antique stores and some interesting bar and grilles. Also check out near by Plymouth for a continuation of this theme.

We found that Northville's Mill Race Village was the perfect location for our Church wedding.

We were looking for a back in time feel but at an affordable price. The price was a little above our budget but everything went smoothly here. Most of our interaction was with Jennifer and Abby. Both women were very friendly. They made you feel comfortable and were very helpful. Also our deposit was returned to us without ever having to remind them. It was promptly delivered to us via US Mail and we had it in our hands shortly after returning from our honeymoon (so received under two weeks after our wedding.). They also have a cute gazebo, river for pictures and walk over bridges.

This vendor was the absolute easiest Wedding Vendor we used. I didn't have to micro manage. They did not take liberties with design. They produced affordable and beautiful wedding flowers. They executed my vision perfectly. I absolutely loved my bouquet. I was sad when it dried up and was no longer the vibrant beautiful red rose bouquet it once was. We used their services for our Church decorating and my bouquet. Tanya is wonderful. She knows what she is doing and does it very well. I give them 5 Stars! Check them out! You won't be disappointed!
